A Riddick has acted as a Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies since 1984. As a former Police Officer, Skydiving Instructor and Hotelier Alan is well qualified as a Toastmaster with the experience from these earlier callings; and is also a graduate of the UK School of Professional Toastmasters. He is approachable and understanding, with the ability 'to think on his feet' and with a style which demonstrates that by the use of tact, good humour most situations can be happily accommodated.
